The eServers Support Desk, is your first step to contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved through the Support Desk which is staffed 24/7. We require all customers to open a trouble ticket as this allows you and our staff to track any ticket from the beginning to resolution, ensure it is correctly assigned to the appropriate department and dealt with in a timely manner.

Our emergency phone systems are reserved for true emergencies such as server reboots or routing issues. This will alert an on-site technician to your issue. This service is provided in conjunction with our service provider and therefore is only used for emergency issues. Please ensure you have opened a support ticket with us prior to calling this number.
